To request a dungeon run for any reason (gear, clears, etc), please be advised of our general request policy:
1. Please complete the form located in the Guild’s Discord server > Guild Mentorship Program > #├❓｜dungeon-requests and answering the questions as requested.
2. Any text entered into this channel will be automatically deleted but your request will be delivered automatically to our Dungeon Runner team.
3. The run will not be scheduled any sooner than 24 hours after the request is made, but please allow at least 48 hours for a Dungeon Runner to respond to your request.
4. You may not contact the Dungeon Runners to make your request. The Runners have been instructed to notify the Guild Master if anyone contacts them in this manner. You must use the request form.
5. When completing the request you will be asked to provide the purpose of the request, e.g. achievements, basic clears, vDLC content for trial rankings, etc. Once a Dungeon Runner has accepted your request they will contact you to discuss the particulars of the run. Please be advised that if you are requesting a dungeon run that is beyond your skill level, the Dungeon Runner reserves the right to decline the run and instead offer to run different dungeons to help you get to the level of your initial request.
6. Please be mindful of their time. They have graciously volunteered to provide this service free of charge for guild members. If the run cannot be completed in an appropriate amount of time, the Dungeon Runner reserves the right to scrap the run and reschedule, if they choose to.
